Research Focus

Aneuploidy - an abnormal number of chromosomes - is a common feature in human cancers. Our work aims to better understand aneuploidy tolerance in cancer, in particular with regard to monosomy in AML. We are also studying the features of individual chromosome centromere biology underlying chromosome-specific aneuploidy.
