Research Focus

The aim of my research is to elucidate the biology of leukaemia initiating cells, responsible for disease recurrence, in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.

I am investigating the role of the bone marrow microenvironment in regulating cellular dormancy of leukaemia initiating cells with the ultimate aim of identifying novel therapeutic strategies.
