Research Focus

I am a Bioinformatician working on the development of pipelines for NGS data analysis, including mutational calling, Single-Cell RNA-seq, ChIP peak calling and methylation, variant annotation and prioritisation, as well as multi-layer data integration strategy and tools. The main purpose of my role is to provide informatics expertise and lead the informatics and computational components of on-going research activities and also support grant applications from the institute. I am responsible for implementing the existing in-house analytic pipelines and set up new methods / algorithms for cancer multi-omics data analysis.
