Research Focus
My expertise is in preparation and in vitro validation of radiotracer molecules, mainly antibodies, small proteins and peptides. I conjugate and radiolabel these with radioisotopes such as In-111, Tc-99m and I-125/123 (for SPECT imaging) and Zr-89 and Ga-68 (for PET imaging), followed by HPLC/TLC validation and in vitro radioligand binding assays.
