I aim to understand if/how invasive traits and metabolism of amoeboid versus mesenchymal cancer cells are altered in response to tissue mechanics. The ultimate goal is to reveal specific metabolic pathways controlling cancer invasiveness with the aim of developing anti-metastasis treatment(s).
