Research Focus

I am a bioinformatician integrating bioinformatic techniques and statistical methods, employing approaches such as machine learning, and seeking the translational value of these insights in achieving clinical impact in early detection.

Currently, my research is focused on the clonal evolution of human colorectal cancers arising in inflammatory bowel disease using multi-omic data, with the aim of understanding fundamental underlying dynamics of tumour growth and progression.
