Research Focus

I am a molecular biologist working in collaboration with bioinformaticians on solid tumour research projects.

I use a wide array of wet lab techniques to functionally characterise in silicofindings from the integration of large ‘omics’ datasets in solid tumour models (prostate, breast and pancreatic).

Our ultimate aim is to develop clinically-relevant biomarkers that could aid in earlier disease detection, predict treatment response, and inform clinical management of patients.
